Pennsylvania's 1st Neuroinclusive Planned Community — is seeking the Official Technology Partner of Pennsylvania's 1st Neuroinclusive Planned Community. A company whose products, deployed in a real community serving real people, will demonstrate what technology can do when it is built in service of human dignity.
A logo on a website in exchange for a donation. The Technology Partnership at Pennsylvania's 1st Neuroinclusive Planned Community is something else entirely.
Pennsylvania's 1st Neuroinclusive Planned Community is a living demonstration — your products deployed in a real community, serving real people, generating real outcomes data. For companies developing assistive technology, smart home systems, clean energy solutions, or connectivity infrastructure, Pennsylvania's 1st Neuroinclusive Planned Community represents a unique opportunity: a purpose-built, consent-forward deployment environment where your technology directly improves the independence and quality of life of adults with I/DD.
The story writes itself — and we will help you tell it.
Your technology, in the hands of real residents, producing real outcomes data you can share with investors, customers, and the press.
Named recognition in all community materials, signage, and press. Not a sponsorship — an infrastructure partnership.
First right of refusal at all future Front Porch communities. Pennsylvania's 1st Neuroinclusive Planned Community is the first of many — and Technology Partners grow with us.
We are in active conversations with technology companies across four categories. Is your company a fit?
Solar Generation + Home Battery + EV Charging
An integrated clean energy ecosystem — solar generation, home battery storage, and EV charging infrastructure — would make Pennsylvania's 1st Neuroinclusive Planned Community one of the most energy-resilient neuroinclusive communities in the country, reducing costs for residents and demonstrating sustainable community design.
Ideal partner: Solar installers, battery storage providers, EV charging networks, or integrated clean energy platforms with regional Pennsylvania presence.
High-Speed Reliable Internet for Every Residence
Reliable, low-latency broadband at every residence enables telehealth appointments, remote work, and digital independence for adults with I/DD — essential infrastructure in a semi-rural Bucks County setting.
Ideal partner: Regional ISPs, fiber providers, fixed wireless operators, or enterprise connectivity platforms willing to deploy residential infrastructure.
AI-Powered Home Assistance + Smart Home Automation
AI-powered home assistance and robotics capable of performing household tasks that support independent living for adults with I/DD — reducing reliance on round-the-clock human support while preserving resident autonomy.
Ideal partner: Smart home platforms, AI assistive technology companies, robotics firms, or disability-forward tech startups looking for a real-world pilot environment.
Community-Wide Safety + Smart Access + Monitoring
Community-wide safety systems, smart access controls, and monitoring technology that give families peace of mind without compromising resident autonomy — a critical balance in neuroinclusive community design.
Ideal partner: Smart security platforms, access control providers, community monitoring systems, or emergency response technology firms with residential expertise.

Co-branding in all community materials, signage, and press
First right of refusal for Technology Partnership at all future PORCH℠ communities
Direct access to a real-world deployment environment for assistive technology, with resident-consented outcomes data

Pennsylvania's 1st Neuroinclusive Planned Community is a planned 7-home neuroinclusive community in Hilltown Township, Bucks County — a semi-rural setting 45 minutes north of Philadelphia. 5 market-rate homes and 2 coliving residences, each shared by 4 neurodivergent adults who will own their homes and build equity.
This is not a group home. It is not a treatment facility. It is a real neighborhood, designed from the ground up as a proof of concept for the PORCH℠ Framework — and your technology would be embedded in its infrastructure from day one.

Every partnership path earns recognition on the Founding Sponsors Walkway — the engraved paver path between the coliving homes at Pennsylvania's 1st Neuroinclusive Planned Community. Cash sponsors, technology partners, tax credit partners, and Forever Funders all receive permanent recognition, calibrated to the scale of their contribution. The pavers are designed and engraved by Paver Art of Lindenwold, NJ — the Northeast's premier engraved paver specialists.
If your company builds products or services that fit one of the four categories above, we'd like to talk. A 30-minute discovery call with Dani Vickers is the first step — no obligation, no pitch deck required, no pre-existing CSR budget needed.
